Marilee is a seasoned professional, bringing over 25 years of sales, marketing, technology and management experience to Integrity Sales Solutions. As Executive Vice President, Marilee leads business operations management for Integrity, including finance, human resources, hiring and employee development, project scheduling, workflow/work-in-process management, and information technology. She is involved with the Sales Development Group and client projects, and with the strategic direction for Integrity.

Having successfully managed numerous programs, Marilee’s extensive experience includes the following types of solutions:

  • Core business solutions including Financial Systems, Procurement, CRM, Document Management, e-Commerce, Sales/Field Force Automation, and Personal Development.

  • Vertical market applications such as Retail, Telco, Healthcare, Merger and Acquisitions, PEO – Professional Employers Organizations, Diversity Marketing, and Automotive.

  • Technology focus including Collaborative Design Software, Web Analytics, Security Software/Database Encryption, and Application Development Testing.

Marilee joined Integrity Sales Solutions as Executive Vice President at its inception. Prior to Integrity, Marilee served the Grace Software Marketing Company management team for eight years. She also spent nine years working for GE Lighting - initially working in management for the Consignment Accounting area and then at Lampline, the first telesales department for the GE Lighting Business group, and was responsible for more than 400 OEM, government, and distributor accounts that generated over $4 million annually. Her background also includes expertise in advertising sales, personal computer sales and technology recruiting.

Marilee is a magna cum laude Business Administration graduate of Dyke College located in Cleveland Ohio.
