Jeff Roberts, Founder
and CEO of Integrity Sales Solutions is considered
to be one of the nation’s leading experts
at helping B2B companies grow their sales. In
addition to his duties as CEO, Jeff consults with
CEOs, Presidents, and VPs of Sales and Marketing
to help them solve their mission critical sales
and marketing issues and rapidly grow their company’s
sales. Prior to forming Integrity, In January
of 1994, Jeff formed Grace Software Marketing
Company with a modest amount of investment capital.
Over the next 10 years, he grew the company into
an award-winning business voted Cleveland Ohio’s
fastest growing small company by the prestigious
Weatherhead School of Management. The company
was also selected by Deloitte & Touche as
one of Cleveland’s best three places to
work. Jeff helped create many of the sales-building
methodologies and services which generated billions
of dollars in sales for over 450 clients ranging
from small companies to Fortune 500 businesses
such as IBM, Oracle, 3Com, Bayer, Spherion, and
Sprint.
An accomplished
presenter, Jeff has been a guest speaker for a
variety of companies and organizations including
IBM, Motorola, the American Marketing Association,
The Entrepreneur's Forum, the Enterprise Resource
Council, Deloitte & Touche's Employer of the
Year Conference, Solomon Software (currently a
part of Microsoft), The Culpepper Forum (technology)
JBA International, SoftWorld, and the Chicago
Software Association. Jan Zupnick, President of
The Entrepreneurship Institute writes: “Jeff
has been a regular President’s Forum speaker
and presenter for two years. The audience he addresses,
Presidents, Founders, and CEOs have always rated
his presentations and workshops in the highest
range.” Jeff has also authored articles
in business publications, including the feature
story, "The Secrets of Rapidly Growing Your
Sales in Troubled Economic Times," which
was mentioned on the cover of President and CEO
Magazine.
Prior to 1994, Jeff
Roberts served as the Vice President of Sales
and Marketing for a Cleveland, Ohio software developer.
During his six-year tenure with this company,
Jeff was instrumental in growing sales by 650%,
earning that business a spot on INC. Magazine's
list of the 500 fastest growing privately held
companies in America. Jeff sold 92% of the company's
software valued at millions of dollars to such
prestigious clients as Cigna, EDS, Chevron, Shell
Oil, John Hancock, Kraft/General Foods, New York
Life Insurance, TJ Maxx, the States of Maryland
and Utah, and five Blue Cross plans.
Outside of
the corporate arena, Jeff Roberts had the privilege
of speaking on topics relating to ethics and faith
in the business world and was profiled in the
national publication, Life at Work Journal. In
an effort to lead by example, Jeff Roberts founded
a non-profit organization, The Acts of Kindness
Association, to help heal the wounds caused by
the 9/11 tragedy. He also contributed to and led
the effort to raise the money to build a House
for Habitat for Humanity. On a personal note,
Jeff has been married to his wife Nancy for 14
years. They have a 13 year-old daughter named
Grace. Jeff plays music and serves as the President
of the congregation where he has worshipped since
1986. He also served as the Chairperson on the Board of Trustees for a non-profit animal rescue organization.
